1. Acceptance

By accessing or using altcoinsignal.pro ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.

2. Description of service

AltcoinSignal provides cryptocurrency market data, price tracking, algorithmic signals (the "Radar"), whale wallet monitoring, and curated news. The Platform offers the following subscription tiers:

• Free — basic market data and price tracking
• Pro (€5/month) — unlimited price alerts, volume alerts, and whale alerts
• Signal (€12/month) — all Pro features plus Radar signals and Telegram notifications

3. Not financial advice

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to price data, Radar signals, whale movement alerts, news articles, and any market commentary — is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes:

• Financial, investment, or trading advice
• A recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any cryptocurrency or financial instrument
• A solicitation or offer to buy or sell any security

AltcoinSignal is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial institution. You should consult a qualified financial adviser before making any investment decisions.

4. Risk disclosure

Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and largely unregulated. By using the Platform you acknowledge:

• You may lose your entire investment
• Past signal performance does not guarantee future results
• Algorithmic signals are based on historical data patterns and may fail under market conditions not reflected in historical data
• Whale alert data is derived from public blockchain data and may be inaccurate or delayed
• Market data may be delayed and is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Residents of jurisdictions where cryptocurrency services are prohibited must not use the Platform.

6. Account and security

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and connected wallet
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at hola@onyxconsultory.com
• You may not share your account or subscription access with third parties
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms

7. Subscriptions and payments

• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe and renew automatically
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law
• We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days notice
• EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for new subscriptions, unless service has been fully performed

8. Coin listing service

Projects may request listing on the Platform. Base listing is free. Paid visibility packages (Verified, Sponsored) are available and priced at the rates published on the /list page. AltcoinSignal reserves the right to reject any listing request without explanation. Listing fees are non-refundable once a listing is published.

9. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for market manipulation, wash trading, or any fraudulent activity
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically download Platform data without prior written consent
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to access the Platform in excess of normal use
• Resell or redistribute subscription content without authorisation
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

10. Intellectual property

All Platform content, branding, Radar algorithm, and software are the exclusive property of AltcoinSignal. Market data is sourced from CoinGecko and Dexscreener under their respective licences. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to access the Platform for personal use only.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AltcoinSignal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or financial losses arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on any signals or data provided. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. EU consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in their country of residence. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or site notice with at least 14 days advance notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
